Refund policy

We want you to love the item you are buying but if for any reason your not 100% satisfied, any unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased at The Collection TX can be returned within 14 days after receiving your item for store credit.
To request a return log into your customer account and find the item you would like to return in your order history. From there you can make your return request. If you are unable to log into your account or have trouble finding your order please email us at Shop@thecollectiontx.com to request a refund. Prior to shipping your items back, please wait for approval.

- Bodysuits + Underwear + Swimwear
*Any shoes returned must have 0 signs of wear and must be in original box
The Collection TX is not responsible for packages lost in transit. You must file a claim with the USPS or call your local post office.
