Domestic Shipping
Please note the delivery times indicated above do not include the 3-5 business days for processing on in stock items. Preorders have an estimated ship date which can be found in the description of the product.
Domestic Orders:
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS depending on your location and fastest transit time. Once placed, orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. It is our goal to ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note there may be processing delays during sale promotions and holidays.
Canada Orders:
All Canada orders are shipped via UPS.
Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to update our system. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
Please note if you enter an incorrect address or it is deemed undeliverable, the package will be returned to us. Should the customer wish to have their package resent, it will be their responsibility to cover the additional shipping charges plus the return to sender fee. If the customer wishes to cancel the orderthere will be a restocking fee of $X.
