Customers who purchase our Worry-Free Return & Exchange coverage for $1.48 will receive unlimited complimentary return shipping. This coverage is available for purchase from the “View Cart” screen.
Customers who do not purchase our Worry-Free Return & Exchange coverage will still be able to initiate a return or exchange, but will be responsible for paying for their own return shipping labels via the return/exchange portal.
All return and exchange orders are subject to the following terms:
Returns and exchanges initiated within 14 days of delivery are eligible for an exchange or store credit. You store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card after your return item has been approved and received.
Items must be received in our shop before credit or exchanges will be issued. All refunds and credits are issued at the discretion of The Collection Tx.
