Customers who do not purchase our Worry-Free Return & Exchange coverage will still be able to initiate a return or exchange, but will be responsible for paying for their own return shipping labels via the return/exchange portal.

Returns and exchanges initiated within 14 days of delivery are eligible for an exchange or store credit. You store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card after your return item has been approved and received.
